Job Summary

You are tasked with delivering punctual and secure transportation to diverse destinations while ensuring the vehicle remains in optimal working order and passengers travel safely and comfortably. Professionalism in appearance and demeanor is essential.

Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established procedures is a key aspect of this role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive project success forms a significant part of the duties. Additionally, monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to enhance efficiency are essential tasks. Managing budgets, resources, and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance is required. The position also involves fostering a positive work environment, mentoring team members, and facilitating professional development to support overall growth. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills are necessary to execute these responsibilities successfully.

Responsible for securely and efficiently conveying the Executive to and from various destinations while ensuring maximum comfort and safety.

Ensure the vehicle remains in optimal condition at all times by performing routine servicing and thorough cleaning.

Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations to maintain the safety of passengers and other road users.

To optimize schedules and uphold punctuality, develop and adhere to the most efficient routes for prompt arrivals at planned appointments and meetings.

Provide support for the transportation and handling of luggage and other belongings as required.

Always exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with passengers and colleagues.

Inspect and perform routine maintenance on the vehicle and all associated equipment, submitting repair requests to the HR & Admin Team Lead as required to ensure safe operation.

Maintain meticulous documentation pertaining to vehicle upkeep and trip-related activities.

The position requires availability to work weekends and participate in shift-based schedules.

Execute assigned tasks, including visits to the post office and bank, as needed.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

Interested applicants must hold a National Certificate in Education (NCE), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC), General Certificate of Education (GCE), or National Examination Council (NECK) qualification.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
