Responsibilities include the upkeep of lawns, gardens, floral arrangements, and shrubbery throughout the school grounds.
Oversee the irrigation and maintenance of flora while ensuring the proper upkeep of landscaped zones.
Consistently remove unwanted vegetation and maintain the health and appearance of plants through regular weeding, pruning, and trimming.
Apply fertilizers and assess plant health to ensure optimal growth and vitality.
Maintain outdoor spaces in a clean, orderly, and visually appealing condition.
Ensure the upkeep and proper functioning of all gardening tools and equipment.
Perform any additional assignments as needed and directed by management from time to time.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least three years of practical experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and adherence to deadlines are also expected.
A high school diploma or its equivalent (SSC) along with at least two years of relevant work experience is required.
Possesses foundational proficiency in horticulture and plant maintenance techniques.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in managing tasks independently with minimal oversight.
