Job Summary:
Dedicated and meticulous Cleaning Consultant responsible for maintaining a pristine, secure, and efficiently organized office environment. This position demands the consistent provision of superior cleaning services and essential facility support to foster an optimal work environment.
Working Structure – Shift Basis
This position involves working in accordance with a structured shift schedule.
Working hours will be determined collaboratively to align with office requirements, such as morning or afternoon shifts.
The Cleaner must arrive punctually, fulfill all assigned duties throughout the shift, and demonstrate consistent attendance.
Occasional flexibility may be necessary to accommodate special cleaning requirements or urgent assignments.
Develop, implement, and oversee strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, foster innovation, and resolve complex challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data analysis to support informed decision-making. Manage resources, including budget allocation, staffing, and technology, to optimize workflow and achieve strategic objectives. Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Each day, perform thorough cleaning duties throughout the office, including sweeping floors, mopping hard surfaces, and dusting all surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Maintain cleanliness of desks, chairs, and all other office furniture by ensuring they are free of dust, debris, and clutter at all times.
Collect and remove waste materials from trash receptacles, ensuring proper disposal in designated areas.
To ensure optimal cleanliness and hygiene, consistently clean and sanitize toilets, maintaining a fresh and pleasant environment at all times.
Maintain cleanliness in the outdoor areas surrounding the office, including walkways and parking facilities.
Ensure the office is securely locked upon closure at the end of each business day.
Transform light fixtures by replacing bulbs and activate the generator whenever required.
Maintain the landscape by removing weeds and ensuring areas such as grass, flowerbeds, and pathways remain tidy and presentable.
Identify and promptly escalate any problems or necessary maintenance tasks for review.
Perform any additional cleaning or support duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with solid foundational reading comprehension abilities.
Proficiency in cleaning or related fields constitutes a beneficial qualification for this position.
Reliability, integrity, and timeliness are essential qualities required for this position.
Capable of executing directions accurately and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
Capable of performing cleaning duties with a high level of physical fitness and mobility.
