The ideal applicant will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities include developing menus, directing all culinary operations, and managing kitchen inventory levels, as well as providing training and guidance to kitchen staff.
Stays current with evolving industry trends while rigorously evaluating the quality of ingredients.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is essential to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency in operations.
Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for necessary ingredients, and conducting regular stock assessments to ensure the kitchen remains fully equipped with all essential supplies.
With their team, they are responsible for carefully planning and expertly presenting dishes.
Ensure all cooking equipment is properly arranged and set up at the workstation.
Responsible for overseeing the consistent turnover of dish preparation and developing new menu items to enhance culinary offerings.
Capable of crafting both continental and local culinary creations, with a strong expertise in pastry, barbecue preparation, point and kill techniques, and other associated dishes.
The successful candidate must be based in Lagos, and accommodation will be provided.

First School Leaving Certificate , NCE , OND , Vocational
