The consultant will play a key role in advancing the One Humanitarian – One Poverty Response System (OHO PRS) initiative within the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction (FMH APR), operating through both the OHO PRS Secretariat and the Poverty Intelligence Lab (PIL) under the Office of the Honorable Minister. This engagement will provide IOM’s technical support to the Government of Nigeria, focusing on enhancing evidence-based policymaking, knowledge management, institutional learning, and the coordination of humanitarian and poverty reduction efforts.
