Plan, execute, and manage IT initiatives that enhance estate operations, with a focus on network infrastructure, data handling systems, and security solutions.

Oversee the administration and upkeep of the estate’s IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, access control mechanisms, and smart home integrations.

Oversee the seamless operation of key estate management applications, including billing systems, helpdesk platforms, and resident portals.

Partner with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to facilitate IT installations and ensure ongoing technical support.

Develop and execute robust data security protocols alongside comprehensive disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical information assets and ensure operational resilience.

Monitor system performance metrics and identify potential issues to proactively prevent downtime, ensuring optimal operational reliability. Troubleshoot technical problems as they arise to maintain seamless system functionality and minimize disruptions in service.

Deliver comprehensive technical assistance and educational sessions to staff and residents regarding IT systems.
