Job Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and outcome-focused Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team and expand business opportunities across varied markets.

Direct, inspire, and oversee a high-performing team of sales specialists focused on field sales, B2B dealings, and technical product promotion.

Formulate strategic marketing initiatives designed to uncover untapped business prospects while fostering growth within current client relationships.

Develop and nurture meaningful client connections by actively identifying their requirements to deliver customized solutions that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Leverage Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to monitor sales operations, evaluate key performance indicators, and refine outreach methodologies for enhanced effectiveness.

Partner with marketing teams to develop strategic campaigns aimed at elevating brand recognition and attracting high-quality leads.

Perform comprehensive market research to proactively identify shifts in industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and cutting-edge technological advancements.

Foster consistent training initiatives, offer personalized coaching, and deliver constructive performance feedback to uphold team excellence and facilitate professional growth.

Requirements

Accomplished professional with a demonstrated history of success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales, consistently surpassing performance benchmarks and achieving set targets.

Effectively leads and manages diverse teams, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in cross-functional coordination.

Strong proficiency in negotiation, communication, and customer service is required to cultivate enduring client partnerships.

Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce or alternative CRM systems to effectively oversee sales pipelines and perform comprehensive data analysis is essential.

Proficient in marketing fundamentals and business development methodologies to spearhead growth-oriented initiatives.

Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback is essential for developing informed strategic plans.

Proven leadership abilities with a capacity to inspire teams and cultivate a cooperative atmosphere.
