They lead audit teams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients to gather documentation and address concerns. With strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in audit software, they analyze financial data, assess internal controls, and prepare comprehensive audit reports. Typically holding a CPA or equivalent certification, they possess 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting or industry roles. Exceptional communication and project management abilities are essential to deliver high-quality audits within deadlines.
Earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a comparable academic discipline.
ACA or ARCA qualification, either fully attained or in the process of being completed, is required.
Professionals with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in tax preparation and financial auditing are encouraged to apply.
