Job Summary

This position represents a full-time, on-site opportunity situated in Abuja, designated for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.

This position entails spearheading sales strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, cultivating client relationships, exploring untapped market potential, enhancing brand visibility, and meeting designated sales objectives.

The chosen individual will collaborate closely with the sales and Media teams to implement business strategies and guarantee that the company’s offerings align with customer demands.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, while familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot or Django is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in agile environments are also necessary. Additional qualifications include experience with database management systems, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and a solid understanding of DevOps practices. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are expected.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies and client relationship development is essential for this role.

Proven track record in designing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Strong proficiency in cultivating business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion through adept relationship-building, persuasive dialogue, and deal structuring is essential. Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities are required, along with the capacity to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining a results-oriented approach.

Proficient in interpreting market data to extract meaningful insights and actionable conclusions.

Familiarity with the insurance sector and its various offerings provides a competitive edge.

Individuals with demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing tools and techniques will be considered a valuable asset to the team.

Demonstrates exceptional skills in organizing tasks and efficiently managing time.

The remuneration framework includes a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and additional benefits, structured to align with market standards and individual contributions. Eligibility for incentives is contingent upon achieving predefined targets, with opportunities for advancement based on merit and tenure. A monthly remuneration of N150,000 is offered for this position.
