ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To ensure the operational efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems across the designated region.
To facilitate on-site coordination with regional mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning maintenance contractors.
To develop detailed maintenance order and job instructions for regional contractors specializing in mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning maintenance services.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of all mechanical and electrical air conditioning systems installed within the designated region, implementing necessary adjustments to sustain optimal performance and extend operational longevity.
When necessary, address any network disruptions or outages promptly to ensure minimal impact on operations.
Collaborate closely with contractors to mitigate service disruptions for ATC, specifically those arising from failures in mechanical and electrical/air conditioning systems.
To continuously investigate, pinpoint, and execute process improvements while also suggesting the necessary tools to boost the efficiency of regional mechanical and electrical/air conditioning equipment maintenance operations.
To guarantee that operational expenditure saving solutions align with the established operational objectives within the specified region.
To monitor, measure, report and manage the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) KPIs with external mechanical and electrical/air conditioning suppliers/contractors and ensure value for money.
To contribute to the development and refinement of optimized preventive maintenance routines and procedures within the mechanical and electrical/air conditioning maintenance departments.
Accurately develop and maintain comprehensive records for all installed mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
Regularly inspect the installed mechanical and electrical/air conditioning systems and promptly provide input to the equipment replacement plan for units that have exceeded their operational lifespan.
Compile and send through all the necessary operational and management reports for mechanical and electrical/air conditioning equipment contractor activities.
To routinely check/review & verify all contractor invoices so that payments are made correctly against works executed.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience overseeing contractors within the telecommunications sector or a closely related field.
The position requires a qualification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or, at minimum, training in hazard identification and risk control.
