Job Summary
We are in search of an experienced, confidential, and meticulously organized Personal Assistant to serve as the primary support to the Principal.
The position encompasses overseeing schedules, organizing travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and providing support for both personal and professional duties, including accompanying the Principal to meetings and events as needed.
Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost reduction while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and departmental heads to facilitate transparent communication, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and employee engagement to enhance productivity and retention. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and internal governance frameworks while upholding the organization’s reputation and mission.
Oversee and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless scheduling and operational efficiency.
Oversee both domestic and global travel logistics, ensuring all arrangements are meticulously planned and executed.
Manage all communications and correspondence with professionalism and precision.
Provide support for a variety of administrative, operational, and personal responsibilities as needed.
Attend meetings, events, and site visits alongside the Principal as required.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a proven track record in administrative support, including positions as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or comparable roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, complemented by exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available to work varied schedules and undertake travel as necessary to fulfill role requirements.
Demonstrates exceptional precision and analytical thinking in addressing challenges.
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and conducts all duties with professionalism.
A valid driver’s license is a preferred qualification.
