Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing project execution, team leadership, and strategic planning to ensure organizational objectives are met. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor progress through performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and address operational challenges proactively. Serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and senior management to align efforts with company goals. Ensure adherence to compliance standards, quality benchmarks, and industry regulations while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Provide specialized technical guidance and support for well testing projects, contributing relevant expertise and input as required.

Ensure the adequate provision of equipment, consumables, and personnel for all Well Testing Projects.

To help guarantee that delivered products meet the client’s specified quality standards.

Provide support in the formulation and implementation of project execution strategies, as well as the successful delivery of products.

Ensure that all equipment and installations consistently operate safely and at peak performance levels.

Ensure all operations consistently achieve the targets and deadlines established by either the Board of Governors or the clients.

Perform additional official duties as assigned.

Conduct on-site assessments for Well Testing Projects and electrical projects.

To document and organize all maintenance records, service history documentation, and equipment status logs.

Proficiently interpret, comply with, and enforce both the Board of Governors’ and the client’s established Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures.

Ensure strict adherence to all permit-to-work systems, completing them accurately at designated locations in accordance with both company and client-specific procedures.

Compose thorough SEC cards for each hazard identified during inspections.

Collaborate with the Project Office to identify opportunities for reducing expenditures on consumables and materials utilized in Project initiatives.

Proven expertise and technical competency are required to effectively support and substitute for the Senior Field Service Engineer as needed.

Contribute to the design and rollout of internal training programs.

Person Specification

A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Sciences is required.

A minimum of two years of practical experience in the role of a well test engineer is required.

Proficiency in multiphase well testing meter operations and technical principles is advantageous.

Highly knowledgeable in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry, with in-depth expertise and practical experience in its operations and dynamics.

Possesses a keen attention to detail and demonstrates meticulous precision in all tasks.

Proficiency in operating multiphase flow meters would be beneficial.
