Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance productivity and efficiency across departments. Efficiently input information from paper documents into digital formats by utilizing keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners to populate computer files or database systems.

You will input data received directly from customers into the designated system.

Develop accurate and error-free spreadsheets, even when handling extensive datasets containing numerous numerical entries.

Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing it with the original source documents to ensure consistency and reliability.

Revise and enhance the current dataset to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance. Implement necessary modifications to reflect the most up-to-date information while maintaining high standards of data integrity. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data management tools and techniques to support ongoing organizational needs.

Data extraction from the database or electronic files is performed in accordance with specific requests.

Execute routine backups to safeguard critical data and maintain its integrity.

After inputting data, meticulously categorize and file documentation to prevent misplacement and maintain organized records.

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and competencies to excel in the role. Proficiency in relevant technical skills and strong problem-solving abilities are essential for success. Prior experience in a similar position, along with a proven track record of achieving measurable results, is highly desirable. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is also necessary to ensure compliance and efficiency in daily operations.

Experienced data entry professionals are sought, with a demonstrated history in performing clerical duties accurately and efficiently.

Fast-paced typing ability is required, with a strong preference for proficiency in touch typing techniques.

Proficient in utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with a strong emphasis on advanced functionality and efficiency.

Proficient in operating office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices is essential for this role.

Possesses foundational knowledge of database systems and their operational principles. Familiar with fundamental concepts such as data storage, retrieval, and management, ensuring efficient handling of structured information. Demonstrates awareness of database architectures, including relational and non-relational models, as well as basic querying techniques.

Proficient in both spoken and written English, along with strong customer service abilities, is required.
