We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill this pivotal position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of critical tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Key duties include analyzing data, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The ideal applicant must possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in a similar capacity. Additionally, proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, and prior experience in a leadership role is strongly preferred.

This full-time, on-site Wealth Manager (Sales) role is based in Lagos. The incumbent will cultivate and nurture client relationships while delivering tailored financial planning solutions, overseeing investment portfolios, and recommending insurance and other financial products to align with clients’ objectives. Key responsibilities also encompass prospecting new clients, meeting established sales targets, providing strategic financial guidance, and maintaining current knowledge of industry developments and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance protocols is also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous learning. Preferred qualifications include a certification in project management or a related discipline.

Experts in fostering trust and cultivating enduring client connections through exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

A proactive and results-oriented approach is essential for consistently meeting sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Professional experience in the financial or banking industry would be highly beneficial.
