Prepare and finalize orders for delivery to the sales team or for customer pickup in accordance with the established schedule.
Responsibilities include managing core operational functions such as inventory receipt, stock control, order fulfillment, and product upkeep to ensure seamless workflow and optimal inventory levels.
Receive, unload, and process incoming products, which includes accurate picking, labeling, and proper storage to maintain inventory integrity.
Facilitate effective collaboration and maintain open dialogue with supervisors and colleagues to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
Oversee inventory levels diligently and ensure timely replenishment of stock by placing orders for new items as needed.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, and familiarity with project management methodologies is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. The ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is a must. Prior experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
Applicants must hold a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate of Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a retail or related store keeping capacity is necessary.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, databases, and related systems is essential.
