We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and execute key operational tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align objectives and drive efficiency. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate documentation, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical to fulfilling these responsibilities effectively.

Overseeing all stock requisitions, managing the distribution of materials, and ensuring proper storage of goods within the central store are key responsibilities of this role.

Ensures the accurate receipt and issuance of goods, verifying that each delivery meets specified quantity, quality, performance standards, delivery timelines, location requirements, and cost parameters.

Supervise transportation logistics to guarantee punctual and economical delivery of goods.

Tasked with organizing, overseeing, and tracking the transportation of products from vendors to retail locations.

All materials dispatched from suppliers and sent to units will be posted on the ERP system.

Ensures sufficient inventory levels are maintained at all times while promptly communicating crucial stock status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Oversee Supply Chain Management responsibilities on a weekly basis.

Ensures timely delivery of all required documentation for supplier payment processing to the buyers and accounts departments.

Senior professionals must meet key qualifications, including a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a related field, a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Prior leadership or project management experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in the industry is also required.

We seek a candidate holding either an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree to fill this position. The ideal applicant should have completed tertiary education in a relevant discipline, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
