About the Role

Malcolm Anatomy Foundation is looking to hire a Communications and Outreach Lead to manage the Foundation’s communications strategy across all digital channels. In this position, you will be tasked with strategically coordinating the presentation of the Foundation’s initiatives, which encompasses webinars, media engagements, partnership development, and critical organizational announcements.

The Communications Lead will concentrate on strategic communications rather than routine content creation, overseeing the coordination and publication management across various teams and platforms.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments. Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with actionable initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and professional development programs. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks. This role involves managing campaign budgets, refining keyword strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to maximize impact while adhering to Google’s compliance requirements. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad content with broader marketing initiatives and drive measurable engagement. Experience with Google Ads, data analysis, and grant compliance is essential, along with a strong understanding of digital advertising best practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and demonstrate measurable results.

Seeking candidates with a proven track record in relevant areas, including a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the specified domain.
