Position Overview
We are seeking for young, proactive and passionate individualsto join our Establishment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales perfomance, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of orthopedic implants and surgical solutions withing the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Jibam Meditech’s range of orthopedic implants and related surgical products
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management
Provide product presentations, clinical support and in theartre assistance during surgical procedures.
Conduct regular market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
Submit timely reports, forecasts and customer feedback to management.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor`s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated,goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively withing assigned territories.
