Proactively uncover and cultivate new business prospects within your designated territory by conducting in-person engagements, initiating outreach to potential clients, and leveraging professional connections and recommendations.
Promote and market Cor mart’s comprehensive line of adhesive solutions—including Bond (a contact adhesive), PVC Glue, Sealants, and Waterproof Powder—to a diverse network of hardware retailers, building material dealers, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and distributors.
Develop and nurture enduring, high-value relationships with current clients to foster recurring revenue and expand account portfolios.
Educate clients regarding proper product application and usage, fostering satisfaction and reducing the likelihood of complaints.
Develop and execute compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed to effectively showcase offerings.
Proactively engage with clients to finalize agreements while adhering to established pricing frameworks and credit protocols.
Exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators, consistently surpassing expectations and driving performance beyond established benchmarks.
Perform routine market assessments to observe competitor actions, pricing strategies, and product distribution trends across the assigned territory.
Ensure that Cor mart products maintain prominent visibility and consistent availability at essential retail and distribution locations throughout the designated territory.
Monitor accounts receivable to confirm timely settlement of outstanding balances in accordance with the stipulated credit terms.
Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and account transactions to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Prepare and submit consistent sales reports and activity updates to the line manager on a regular basis.
Address customer concerns with professionalism, diligently investigating each issue to identify the root cause and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding an HND qualification.
Seeking a candidate with at least two to four years of demonstrated success in a Sales Executive capacity or an equivalent field sales position, ideally within the building materials, adhesives, FMCG, or industrial products sectors.
Proficient understanding of the designated region, including its market dynamics, distribution networks, and clientele, is required.
Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal interactions is essential.
Proven capability to operate autonomously, efficiently oversee assigned regions, and consistently achieve objectives with minimal oversight.
