Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration, is required. Candidates must possess at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a related industry, with a proven track record in project management or technical leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is also necessary. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry standards.
A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related medical science discipline is required.
