To accomplish the assigned objectives effectively, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve measurable outcomes. Proficiency in relevant industry tools and technologies, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, is essential. The Support Desk Personnel will act as the main on-site liaison between hospital staff and patients utilizing the organization’s integrated digital technology solutions and oncology access programs. Their objective is to alleviate operational challenges for hospital staff and ensure smooth patient navigation through program workflows and diagnostic services.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to support organizational objectives, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, monitor progress through established metrics, and report outcomes to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor staff to foster professional growth and high-performance standards. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, uphold quality assurance standards, and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.

Deliver first-line technical and digital support by offering system guidance and resolving basic user issues through troubleshooting.

Patient Navigation: Facilitate patient access to program pathways by guiding them through enrollment processes and connecting them with immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services as needed.

Program Coordination involves streamlining program processes within the hospital’s operational workflows and promptly escalating operational challenges to the program team for resolution.

Maintain precise records of Support Desk operations and deliver regular analytical updates and key performance insights.

Ensure strict adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance by maintaining full compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and hospital confidentiality protocols in all patient interactions and data handling practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential. Proven experience in [specific field/industry] with at least [X years] in [relevant role] is mandatory. Strong proficiency in [specific programming languages/tools] and deep understanding of [key concepts/technologies] are required.
