Role overview
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural works across construction projects.
The role ensures compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Provide technical support during project planning, bidding, and execution.
Supervise structural works on-site and ensure adherence to approved designs.
Conduct site inspections and resolve structural and construction-related issues.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Review material specifications and construction methodologies.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
COREN registration is required.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in structural design and construction supervision.
Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and related engineering software.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation design.
