What You’ll Do

Prospect, evaluate, and cultivate leads to drive conversions for solar installation services.

Oversee and cultivate both incoming and outgoing sales pipelines to drive revenue growth and maintain robust customer relationships.

Pitch, deliver, and finalize solar system agreements for both individual clients and corporate entities, ensuring clear communication and compelling presentations to drive conversions and secure contracts.

Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives aimed at generating high-quality prospects.

Represent Solar Depot at on-site events, industry exhibitions, and client consultations to showcase our solutions and engage with potential partners.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and unique value proposition.

We seek candidates with at least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or accounting. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in project management or process improvement initiatives is highly advantageous. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is required to ensure adherence to legal and organizational guidelines.

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required, along with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in business development, marketing, or sales.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation is essential.

With a proven track record in successfully finalizing B2C and/or B2B transactions, you are highly skilled in negotiating and securing deals across consumer and business markets.

Proficiency in solar or renewable energy technologies represents an advantageous qualification.

Skilled in utilizing customer relationship management software and effectively monitoring leads to drive sales growth and enhance client engagement.
