Our client is in search of a seasoned and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead business expansion, cultivate strategic alliances, and identify new revenue avenues. The preferred applicant will demonstrate exceptional sales acumen, adept negotiation abilities, and strong leadership qualities, backed by a history of successful business development initiatives.

Oversee and execute critical duties that include analyzing data to identify trends, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Lead project teams to completion by setting clear milestones, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining rigorous adherence to timelines and budgets. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress, recommend corrective actions as needed, and report findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering communication and resolving interdepartmental challenges to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity. Evaluate existing processes for potential improvements, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at fostering business expansion and market penetration.

Foster revenue growth by cultivating and expanding strategic B2B partnerships.

Oversee the professional growth and guidance of the business development team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a high-performing environment through strategic leadership and mentorship.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or Scrum environments, with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three to five years of experience in business development, with a preference for those with a background in the travel or hospitality sectors.

Possesses exceptional negotiation and sales abilities, enabling effective deal-making and client engagement.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in communication and leadership, fostering collaboration and guiding teams effectively.
