Responsibilities:

Drive enterprise-level sales and business development efforts focused on the oil & gas and industrial sectors.

Identify, cultivate, and oversee pilot deployment opportunities in collaboration with key industry clients.

Foster and sustain high-level partnerships with HSE managers, operations executives, procurement specialists, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Deliver engaging client presentations, showcase products through insightful demonstrations, and craft customized proposals to foster meaningful engagement.

Construct and oversee dynamic sales pipelines, adeptly guiding them through extended enterprise sales processes.

Work collaboratively with technical and deployment teams to guarantee the seamless execution of pilot implementations.

Serve as the ambassador for our client at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, strategically elevating brand visibility and fostering meaningful connections.

Collaborate with global technology providers to cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships, thereby broadening the range of available solutions.

Develop and finalize commercial proposals, partnership agreements, and high-value enterprise contracts to drive strategic business expansion.

Provide strategic input to drive revenue growth initiatives and shape the long-term business development strategy for Our Client.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly in full-stack web development. Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, along with backend technologies like Node.js or Django, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

Required: A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, though a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adaptability to fast-paced settings, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential. Additionally, prior experience in conflict resolution and a track record of improving team performance are highly advantageous.

With a minimum of five and up to twelve years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales or business development, you should possess specialized expertise in sectors such as oil and gas, industrial technology, enterprise IT, telecommunications, engineering services, HSE solutions, or industrial automation.

Achieved consistent success in overseeing large-scale enterprise accounts while effectively steering intricate, protracted sales processes to successful completion.

A well-established professional network within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector is particularly beneficial.
