Job Summary

The Business Development and Brand Communication Strategist will spearhead revenue growth and market expansion for our fintech enterprise by cultivating strategic partnerships, attracting new clients across both B2B and B2C segments, and reinforcing brand positioning within the financial technology landscape.

This role seamlessly blends business development and brand strategy initiatives to expand market presence, cultivate credibility within financial services, and articulate intricate fintech solutions with clarity.

Key duties encompass overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, managing cross-functional teams to drive project execution, and maintaining rigorous adherence to compliance and quality standards. You will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, proposing process improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Additionally, the role requires fostering stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal and external partners to achieve organizational goals. Excellent communication and leadership skills, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving, are essential to excel in this position.

Identify and capitalize on emerging business prospects, cultivate strategic enterprise partnerships, and explore untapped market segments within the fintech, banking, payments, and financial services industries.

Craft and implement brand communication strategies designed to enhance credibility, foster trust, and ensure regulatory awareness among target audiences.

Develop and oversee persuasive pitches, craft compelling RFP responses, and deliver high-impact presentations tailored to financial institutions and corporate clients.

Perform comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify key fintech trends, track regulatory developments, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Develop precise, regulation-compliant brand messaging tailored for digital channels, investor relations materials, and product marketing initiatives.

Establish and maintain strong connections with financial institutions, payment processors, regulatory bodies, investors, and other critical industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Partner with product, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to business development, pipeline vitality, and brand performance metrics, then prepare and present comprehensive reports on these findings.

Engage with stakeholders at fintech conferences, investor gatherings, and industry forums on behalf of the company.

Track emerging regulatory changes and advise on brand positioning approaches that ensure both compliance and consumer trust.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding advanced degrees or specialized certifications in relevant disciplines.

A recognized institution must confer an MBA degree.

Professional certifications in the fields of fintech, finance, or marketing are essential requirements for this role; these may include credentials such as the CFA, CFP, CAM, Digital Marketing certifications, or their equivalents.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is mandatory.
