Role Summary
The Brand Management Intern will assist the Brand Management team by contributing to the strategic planning, organization, and implementation of brand initiatives and client projects.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to managing daily operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards across deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic objectives, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, develop and enforce policies and procedures to uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
Contribute to the implementation of brand campaigns and marketing strategies as part of your role.
Provide support in managing and aligning project initiatives among internal collaborators and external associates to ensure cohesive execution and delivery.
Oversee project schedules and verify punctual completion of deliverables.
Facilitate the development and compilation of client reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Provide support in conducting market research and collecting pertinent industry insights.
Engage actively in collaborative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative and creative insights to drive discussions forward and generate fresh solutions.
Facilitate the maintenance and enhancement of client relationships by executing clear, concise communication and meticulous coordination.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines are essential. Previous experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data analysis, and stakeholder communication is required to ensure seamless operations and adherence to organizational standards.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program.
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate projects efficiently.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high performance under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
