The Stock Controller oversees system inventory management and maintains the integrity of stock records. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, conducting physical stock counts, and ensuring accurate records to facilitate seamless warehouse and retail operations. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize efficiency across departments. Conduct routine physical inventories and verify discrepancies against system data to ensure accuracy.

Promptly update the inventory software to accurately record all stock additions and removals, ensuring real-time data integrity.
Investigate discrepancies and conduct in-depth root cause analyses to determine the origins of missing or damaged inventory.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Seeking candidates with a relevant degree and at least three years of hands-on experience in the field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. A recognized Nigerian or international university must confer a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely aligned discipline.

Experienced professional with a proven track record in manufacturing environments, proficient in advanced Excel functionalities, and meticulous in ensuring accuracy and precision.
