Expand and innovate the current portfolio of animal feed products while concurrently identifying and creating new offerings to meet evolving market demands.
Proficiently evaluate FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), DWG (Average Daily Weight Gain), egg production trends, and flock uniformity to identify necessary adjustments.
Streamline animal feed production processes to enhance profitability per bag by optimizing manufacturing techniques.
Maintain consistent adherence to the company’s established Quality, Standards, and KPIs across all production processes.
Enforce stringent housekeeping protocols and biosecurity measures throughout the feed mill and warehouse facilities.
Proactively maintain feed mill machinery and production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure the precision of inventory records and preserve accurate documentation pertaining to feed quality.
Ensure all formulations and research outcomes are accurately documented and maintained in accordance with established standards.
Experienced professionals will mentor and educate team members on optimal nutrition formulation techniques, as well as the critical processes of milling and ensuring precise measurements.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Management Office.
