We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Day Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our thriving boutique spa.
This role will prioritize optimizing reservation schedules, fostering a high-performing team environment, and delivering exceptional service to local clients to ensure they feel valued and welcomed upon arrival.
Oversee the primary duties and obligations assigned to this role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Execute key tasks with precision and efficiency, maintaining high standards of performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and foster a cohesive work environment. Monitor progress and address any deviations from established benchmarks proactively. Uphold compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines throughout all operations. Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and professional growth.
Optimize therapist schedules by dynamically managing booking software, thereby increasing utilization rates and effectively accommodating walk-ins or cancellations.
Sales Leadership: Inspire and guide team members to consistently achieve monthly retail product sales goals while strategically promoting treatment enhancements to maximize revenue opportunities.
Staff Management: Oversee the development and implementation of shift schedules, manage payroll data entry, and cultivate a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for linens, retail merchandise, and treatment consumables by procuring supplies from vendors as necessary.
Quality Control entails meticulously verifying that treatment rooms are impeccably sanitized, optimally equipped with appropriate lighting and music, and comprehensively stocked prior to each client appointment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is necessary. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is expected. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is crucial. Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is preferred. Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies and processes is important.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a day spa, salon, or high-volume retail/hospitality setting, candidates should demonstrate proven leadership capabilities.
We seek candidates with outstanding communication proficiency, a strong aptitude for sales, and the capacity to resolve issues efficiently.
Tech-savvy professionals should demonstrate ease in adopting and mastering digital booking platforms and Point of Sale (POS) systems as integral tools for operational efficiency.
The position requires availability to work weekends and selected evening shifts, tailored to align with peak operational demands.
