The successful applicant will oversee the installation, commissioning, and upkeep of solar PV systems tailored for residential, commercial, and/or industrial applications. Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Install, inspect, and maintain photovoltaic (PV) systems while ensuring strict adherence to all relevant codes and standards.
Translate solar system designs and schematics into executable plans, ensuring accurate implementation in accordance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Perform comprehensive on-site evaluations to ascertain system prerequisites and the practicality of installation.
Collaborate with project engineers, electricians, and contractors to facilitate prompt and precise installations.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on photovoltaic (PV) systems as required to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
