We are currently seeking a proactive Solar Sales Officer to collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and the SME/Sales team in meeting sales objectives, cultivating and converting leads, driving revenue growth, onboarding and retaining sales agents, and minimizing agent turnover. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of customer visits and sales activities, ensuring all records are consistently updated.
Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly sales reports is required.
Conducting comprehensive market and product research to identify industry trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and evaluate customer preferences.
Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit assessments, gather marketing intelligence, and analyze both current and prospective customer needs to ensure alignment with market demands.
Suggest innovative opportunities and enhancements to services to drive growth and efficiency.
The role involves conducting in-person visits to both existing and prospective clients to assess their requirements and introduce the latest offerings from Winock’s solar product line.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory and supplied products.
Prepare market updates that align with the needs and research scale of both current and prospective customers.
