Job Summary:
A dynamic and results-focused Social Media Strategist is needed to enhance our brand’s presence and drive business growth. Develop compelling and pertinent content tailored for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and additional digital channels.
Craft compelling visual graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional content leveraging graphic design software to elevate brand presence and engagement.
Oversee the company’s social media platforms to uphold a cohesive and unified brand voice across all communications.
Develop and coordinate the publication of content through social media management platforms, ensuring strategic scheduling and seamless execution.
Assess and track social media trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new digital marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement strategic social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, foster audience interaction, and generate qualified leads.
Examine campaign performance data and compile regular reports that deliver practical, data-driven recommendations.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from online audiences with professionalism and attentiveness.
Uphold consistency in all content to reflect the company’s brand identity and adhere to established communication standards.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
Experienced professionals in roles such as Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer are required.
Possesses advanced graphic design capabilities alongside mastery of industry-standard tools, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
Accomplished expertise in crafting compelling content, weaving engaging narratives, and producing persuasive copy.
Proficient in leveraging social media algorithms, interpreting analytics, and executing advertising strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in administering corporate social media platforms and executing strategic paid promotional initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, a flair for creativity, and meticulous organizational capabilities are essential.
Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously while consistently achieving established deadlines.
