Job Summary

We are in search of an innovative, driven, and digitally proficient NYC Corps Member to fill the role of Social Media Manager and Content Creator within our organization. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a corps member eager to secure a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) while acquiring practical expertise in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and brand expansion.

The ideal candidate will craft compelling content, oversee our digital footprint, enhance audience interaction, and assist with digital advertising initiatives.

The incumbent will be tasked with overseeing daily operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and in compliance with company standards and regulations. This role involves managing a team of professionals, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are essential for success in this position.

Develop and expand the clinic’s presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and YouTube, by creating engaging content and fostering audience growth.

Develop compelling content across various formats such as reels, TikTok videos, stories, graphics, and educational posts to captivate and inform audiences.

Capture high-quality photographic and video footage throughout the clinic environment.

Produce high-quality video content tailored for social media distribution, ensuring visual and auditory excellence.

Collaborate on the development of content strategies and maintain monthly editorial schedules.

Track emerging social media trends and assess them for potential openings to enhance brand visibility.

Craft visually engaging promotional graphics and social media content tailored for online platforms.

Responsible for developing and executing content calendars, ensuring timely publication of posts across multiple digital channels.

Address incoming messages, comments, and online inquiries promptly and as needed.

Collaborate in the execution of social media campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Facilitate the implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram.

Analyze campaign performance metrics to generate concise reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively with clinic personnel to document treatment procedures, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a strong grasp of data analysis and presentation tools. Excellent organizational skills are essential, alongside meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, with proven capability in project management and cross-functional collaboration. A relevant academic qualification in OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
