Description

We seek an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance brand recognition, foster audience interaction, and achieve marketing goals across diverse digital platforms.

You will collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to develop impactful campaigns, oversee day-to-day operations, and analyze performance data to verify tangible results.

Oversee a range of critical duties including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, monitor progress, and deliver measurable outcomes. Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and foster a culture of accountability. Additionally, maintain compliance with industry regulations while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency in all operational processes.

Devise and implement strategic social media content plans that are fully aligned with and supportive of established brand objectives.

Develop innovative campaign concepts, craft comprehensive content briefs, and produce compelling captions that resonate with target audiences.

Oversee daily operations across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other emerging networks.

To stay abreast of industry trends, track pertinent conversations, and identify strategic opportunities aligned with client brands.

Partner with creative professionals to transform concepts into tangible deliverables, fostering cross-functional synergy to execute innovative projects effectively.

Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.

Provide live coverage and facilitate audience engagement during brand events and campaign activations.
