Description

We seek a polished and customer-focused Waiter to enhance our hotel’s Food & Beverage division.

The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a positive dining experience for guests, and contribute to the efficient operation of the restaurant.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations to ensure efficiency, coordinating team activities to foster collaboration, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals. Additionally, monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and report progress to senior leadership. The role also involves resolving operational challenges, optimizing workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach are essential for success in this position.

Ensure guests are welcomed with a friendly demeanor and promptly guided to their designated tables.

You will present menus to guests, accurately record food and drink orders, and communicate these orders efficiently to kitchen and bar personnel.

Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

During meal service, proactively engage with guests to assess their satisfaction and promptly address any further needs or requests.

Ensure tables are cleared and meticulously reset to prepare them for incoming guests while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area.

Accurately process bills, manage cash and card payments, and issue receipts with precision.

Maintain clear and professional communication with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to facilitate seamless service coordination.

Adhere strictly to established health, safety, and hygiene protocols, with particular attention to the correct handling and preparation of food and beverages.

Responsibilities include preparing dining spaces for events, banquets, or special occasions as needed.
