This position oversees the precision, efficiency, and site management of all concrete construction activities, encompassing culverts, drainage structures, headwalls, aprons, and other reinforced concrete components.
The ideal candidate will oversee concrete crews at the site, ensuring every task is completed in strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards—covering reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, testing, and curing processes.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess an ONC, Technical Certificate, or City & Guilds qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experienced Concrete Foreman with over seven years of expertise in civil and road construction projects.
Seasoned expertise in executing reinforced concrete projects, including culverts, drainage systems, and structural concrete installations, is essential.
Proficient in formwork installation, rebar placement, slump testing, cube sampling, and curing methodologies.
Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings and overseeing site concrete crews of 10 or more workers is required.
