Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Implement strategic plans and policies to align with organizational goals. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain operational integrity. Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Handle all incoming customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person interactions with efficiency and promptness.

Consistently uphold professional and courteous communication standards in all interactions.

Ensure customer orders are confirmed, verify the availability of requested items, and validate order accuracy meticulously.

Monitor and track all orders to guarantee prompt processing and shipment.

Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to establish and sustain strong connections with key direct purchasers.

Deliver exceptional service to these buyers through proactive order management and swift resolution of any issues that may arise.

Maintain documentation of direct buyer interactions, including preferences, purchase volumes, and customer feedback.

Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order progress and guarantee on-time delivery.

Provide customers with timely updates regarding dispatch progress, estimated delivery dates, and any unforeseen delays in a clear and concise manner.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, referring complex issues to the Head of HR/Admin or the Managing Director as required.

Maintain a detailed log of all complaints received, documenting each case along with the resolution process and final outcome.

Maintain a well-structured and up-to-date customer database, with particular emphasis on direct purchasers and recurring clients.

Monitor recurring customer purchases while identifying those who have not engaged recently, then propose targeted strategies to re-engage them.

Facilitate the exchange of customer insights and feedback with the marketing and sales teams to drive informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

Analyze recurring feedback from customers to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement solutions that address their needs and preferences.
