As part of the Creative & Product Design team, you will report directly to the Head of Design and collaborate with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and fellow Brand Designers to define and refine Lem Fi’s visual identity, user experience, and communication style across all customer touchpoints.

At Lem Fi, we’re expanding our brand at the same rapid pace as our product, and you’ll be instrumental in defining our visual identity and creative direction. This role spans campaigns, product marketing, social media, partnerships, and more, ensuring your creative vision directly influences what millions of users encounter. Far from being a repetitive “template factory,” this position empowers your creative instincts to shape impactful, user-facing experiences.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic directives and project briefs into compelling visual solutions that effectively differentiate in competitive markets spanning the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.

We aim to establish a strong connection with immigrant communities worldwide, embodying a contemporary, reliable, and distinctly Lem Fi identity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping this vision as we expand into new markets and diversify our product offerings.

What you’ll be doing from day one

We oversee the complete development of brand and marketing assets, guiding the process from initial concept through to final delivery across digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.

Overseeing and advancing Lem Fi’s visual identity ensures cohesive branding across all platforms while fostering creative innovation to propel the brand’s evolution.

Collaborating effectively with the Marketing team to develop campaign creative, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials ensures cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment across all initiatives.

Collaborating closely with Product Designers, you will uphold brand consistency across both marketing materials and in-app interfaces.

Developing and maintaining the design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual standards are consistently documented, accessible, and current.

With proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional work efficiently, maintaining both speed and precision in execution.

What you’ll bring

2–5 years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a closely related creative field, preferably within a technology company, startup, or agency specializing in consumer brands.

A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, campaign creation, social and digital media assets, and cohesive multichannel visual storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications—including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—as well as Figma and Canva, is required. Experience with motion graphics or animation tools is considered advantageous.

Experienced in upholding and enhancing brand guidelines and visual identity systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

You possess a refined instinct for typography, layout, and color, with a keen eye for what is effective and the ability to clearly explain your reasoning.

You must demonstrate strong self-management skills, effectively organizing and prioritizing your workload across various assignments while maintaining high standards of performance with minimal oversight.
