You will become part of the Creative & Product Design team, reporting directly to the Head of Design, and collaborating closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and fellow Brand Designers. Together, you will play a key role in defining and refining the visual identity and communication style of Lem Fi across all touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual assets designed to stand out in fiercely competitive markets across the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping this vision as we expand into new markets and diversify our product offerings.
What you’ll be doing from day one
We are responsible for developing brand and marketing assets in their entirety, from initial concept to final delivery, spanning digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.
Ensuring the consistent development and refinement of Lem Fi’s visual identity across all platforms, while driving the brand’s creative evolution.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop campaign creative, paid media assets, social content, and partnership and event materials.
Collaborating with Product Designers to maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and in-app interfaces.
Assisting in the evolution of the design system and brand guidelines, ensuring visual standards remain well-documented, inclusive, and current.
With expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will deliver high-quality work efficiently, maintaining both speed and precision. Expect to work at a rapid pace while upholding exceptional craftsmanship throughout every project.

What you’ll bring
Seeking a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a comparable creative discipline, preferably within a tech company, startup, or agency that specializes in consumer brands.
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, campaign creativity, social and digital asset creation, and cohesive multichannel visual narratives is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—along with expertise in Figma and Canva, is required. Experience in motion graphics and animation is considered an advantage.
Experienced in developing, implementing, and refining brand guidelines and visual systems to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
You possess refined instincts for typography, layout, and color, enabling you to discern effective design choices and clearly explain your reasoning.
You must demonstrate strong self-motivation, the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks effectively across various assignments, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
