What Will You Be Doing?

Craft and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives to foster sustainable revenue expansion across the company’s entire portfolio of products and services.

We seek a dynamic professional to lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of new business opportunities across a diverse portfolio, including software development services, digital transformation solutions, technology consulting, talent outsourcing, recruitment services, workforce solutions, and digital products.

Drive sales and expand market presence for Intelligent Innovations’ portfolio of advanced technology solutions, such as Appanage and other enterprise-grade products and services.

Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging in prospecting, networking, leveraging referrals, forming strategic partnerships, participating in events, and utilizing digital channels.

Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with executives, senior leaders, HR professionals, procurement specialists, and other essential stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive organizational success.

Perform comprehensive client discovery sessions, deliver compelling solution presentations, conduct detailed product demonstrations, and facilitate consultative sales meetings to align offerings with client needs.

Analyze client challenges thoroughly and propose tailored technology and business solutions that generate tangible, measurable value.

Craft comprehensive proposals, quotations, presentations, business cases, and commercial agreements to support organizational objectives and facilitate decision-making processes.

Conduct negotiations and finalize substantial agreements and extended contracts with a high degree of success.

Work collaboratively with Product, Delivery, Customer Experience, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and effective service delivery.

Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to generate innovative business opportunities and additional revenue streams.

Responsible for overseeing pivotal client accounts and uncovering avenues to enhance revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

To stay ahead of the curve, diligently track market trends, industry advancements, competitor strategies, and breakthrough technologies to uncover potential avenues for growth.

Responsible for ensuring precise sales forecasts, pipeline reports, customer records, and opportunity tracking are maintained using CRM systems.

Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals by delivering outstanding results.

Attend and represent the company at various professional gatherings, including conferences, exhibitions, networking events, business forums, and industry-specific engagements.

Prepare and deliver periodic business development reports and strategic recommendations to senior management on a consistent basis.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a combination of relevant qualifications, skills, and professional attributes. A strong academic background in a related field is essential, along with hands-on experience in similar positions. Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software is required, and the ability to analyze complex data to drive decision-making is highly valued. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in technology sales and business development, specifically within the enterprise sector.

Professional candidates will bring proven expertise in business-to-business sales environments, with a focus on domains such as sales of solutions, SaaS platforms, recruitment services, outsourcing solutions, or closely related fields.

Achieved and surpassed revenue targets consistently in previous roles.

Achieved a proven track record in the sale of technology solutions, digital products, IT services, consulting services, or business solutions.

Proven track record in overseeing large-scale enterprise accounts and cultivating relationships with key senior-level decision-makers.

Proficiency in technology companies, consulting firms, outsourcing entities, or digital services organizations is strongly preferred.

Proven expertise in business development, strategic sales execution, and cultivating high-value client relationships is essential.

Exceptional skills in delivering compelling presentations, conducting productive negotiations, and effectively closing deals.

Proficient in technology solutions, digital transformation methodologies, and business process improvement strategies.
