The Senior Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the sales of diesel and gas generators, targeting a diverse clientele that includes businesses, industrial sectors, government agencies, and private consumers.

The successful applicant must possess an in-depth technical knowledge of power generation systems along with a demonstrated history of success in business-to-business and business-to-government sales.
The position entails executing a variety of key tasks and obligations, including overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive project completion, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing comprehensive reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to foster transparency and accountability.

Seeking a highly organized professional with a minimum of three years of experience in administrative support or a related field. Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are essential. Additional requirements include experience with scheduling, data management, and basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is required for this position.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the sale of generators or industrial equipment is required.
Possesses comprehensive technical expertise in diesel and gas generator systems, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Demonstrates in-depth familiarity with the components, functionalities, and performance optimization of such power generation equipment.
Demonstrated success in driving B2B and B2G sales initiatives with a consistent record of achievement and measurable results.
Proficient in articulating ideas effectively, fostering constructive dialogue, and delivering compelling presentations.
Residency in either Kano or Abuja is a mandatory requirement for this position.
