The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to evolving priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a comparable discipline is required.

Professional HR certification, such as CPM, CIPD, SHAM, RCI, or other comparable credentials, is required for this role.

A minimum of seven years of professional experience in Human Resources is required, with at least three of those years dedicated to Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.

Demonstrates a strong grasp of Nigerian labor legislation and industry-leading human resources principles.
