We seek a candidate with comprehensive knowledge of cold-chain supply processes, the dynamics of freezer sales throughout the value chain, and the operational intricacies of distributors.

This position will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of enhanced financing solutions for value-added products and inventory to businesses operating within Nigeria’s cold-chain sector.

Oversee a range of essential duties to drive operational excellence and team productivity, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback to team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous development. Additionally, maintain clear communication channels to align goals, resolve challenges promptly, and support the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.

Cold Chain & Supply Chain Intelligence professionals are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of temperature-sensitive logistics, ensuring product integrity from origin to destination. This role requires a solid understanding of financial strategies, asset-based lending, and collateral management to mitigate risk while maximizing returns. Key responsibilities include evaluating inventory valuation, structuring financing agreements, monitoring collateral performance, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Proficiency in financial analysis, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position.

Facilitate widespread adoption of our inventory financing solution throughout the frozen food value chain.

Develop a comprehensive database comprising pre-verified frozen food distributors deemed eligible for inventory financing.

To assess customer profiles, evaluate their capacity, product volumes, creditworthiness, and freezer requirements.

Offer strategic insights to enhance and fortify our cold-chain portfolio strategy.

Duties involve devising and executing strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and penetrating new markets, ensuring sustainable growth through meticulous analysis and targeted market entry strategies.
