Job Summary

The Broker Sales Executive leverages customer service and marketing strategies to cultivate leads throughout the sales process, beginning with initial lead entry on the portal and extending through to purchase—including subsequent repeat transactions.

Brokers employ a diverse range of strategies to connect with clients, utilizing channels such as email, telephone, social media platforms, direct mail correspondence, and traditional door-to-door outreach.

Brokers’ sales executives oversee client relationships by guiding and engaging with them to ensure seamless lead management and the successful completion of all transactions.

They must diligently follow up with all assigned leads, execute each stage of the process in strict adherence to established policies and procedures, and guarantee the successful completion of all transactions.

They ensure all issues arising during the processing stage, along with client feedback, are promptly relayed to the Head Brokers admin for resolution.

Oversee a range of essential duties and fulfill key responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and team productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, maintaining clear communication throughout all phases. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and present actionable insights to inform decision-making. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members to achieve measurable outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to support professional growth while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Leveraging offline marketing strategies to attract, acquire, and maintain a network of brokers and clients is a key responsibility. This involves implementing targeted initiatives to engage potential partners and customers, ensuring long-term relationships and sustained business growth.

Diligently pursuing every lead provided by brokers to maximize conversion opportunities while guaranteeing the successful finalization of all fall leads.

Manages assigned B2B and B2C leads in accordance with established protocols, guaranteeing the successful completion of each transaction.

Respond to client inquiries through diverse communication channels, including telephone calls, email correspondence, live chat interactions, and various social media platforms.

Investigate client concerns thoroughly, identify the root cause of each issue, and recommend the most effective resolution while clearly communicating the steps required. Expedite necessary corrections or modifications and conduct follow-up assessments to confirm complete resolution.

Professional Rewriting:

Sourcing brokers via referral networks comprising existing clients as well as prospective partners.

Expertly promote Rosabon’s product portfolio to both current and prospective clients, capitalizing on opportunities as they arise.

Effectively identifying and cultivating high-quality leads facilitates seamless engagement with potential customers, enabling them to engage in meaningful business transactions with our organization.

Conduct thorough evaluations to understand and address clients’ needs, ensuring their expectations are fully met and satisfaction is achieved.

We are responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and ensuring client satisfaction with Poseidon Financial Services Brokerage Products by actively managing relationships, providing dedicated support, and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the engagement.

At the outset of each client’s subscription, establish meaningful engagement to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing management of fall incidents during their transaction period, where dissatisfaction may arise as a potential concern.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports summarizing client requests and feedback to support strategic and managerial decision-making processes.

The broker’s administrator is responsible for compiling and dispatching weekly status and summary reports to provide updates on the broker’s activities via Sporal.

Perform additional duties as directed by the line manager, ensuring alignment with team and organizational objectives.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience in budgeting and forecasting are also necessary.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required.
