Description
Do you possess substantial experience as a Facility Manager, particularly in residential property management? We seek a highly proactive and meticulous individual to manage the daily operations of a high-end residential estate.
Oversee and execute the primary duties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively; develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and meet organizational objectives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals; monitor progress and performance, providing timely feedback and adjustments as needed; maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices; identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous growth; prepare and present reports to senior leadership, summarizing key metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations; foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence within the team.
Responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and upkeep of a residential estate.
Ensure that all building facilities and equipment operate at peak performance levels at all times.
Oversee external service providers, contractors, and support personnel to ensure seamless operations and adherence to service-level agreements.
Perform systematic evaluations and establish proactive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Compile reports, manage budgets, and develop maintenance schedules.
Handle resident inquiries with professionalism and deliver outstanding service consistently.
Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure full compliance in all operations.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience overseeing the operations of residential facilities or estates.
Accomplished in designing and implementing building systems, orchestrating maintenance schedules, and overseeing vendor partnerships with precision and efficiency.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and resolve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in preparing comprehensive reports.
Professional certifications in the relevant field will be highly advantageous.
