Design, develop, and oversee structured test cases, scenarios, checklists, and comprehensive test suites for both manual and automated testing processes. Additionally, prepare and maintain precise test data to ensure accurate validation of results.
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end, integration, regression, sanity, UAT, and performance testing both manually and through automated tools. Implement test cases following a prioritized execution sequence to ensure thorough validation and verification of system functionality.
Devise structured checklists to optimize the preparation process for test execution, ensuring thorough and efficient workflow alignment.
Develop, document, and track requirement issues through the issue log.
Conduct thorough evaluation of products by executing user stories and assessing the full application, spanning from the user interface (UI) to the backend. This encompasses verifying application functionality, performance benchmarks, and security protocols.
Maintain and enhance automated test cases and scripts, as well as frameworks, to ensure robust test coverage. Integrate automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, enabling ongoing quality assurance and continuous delivery.
Defect Management involves systematically identifying, validating, logging, and tracking defects while providing precise descriptions and assigning appropriate severity levels. Additionally, responsibilities include detecting issues and gaps, as well as proposing potential enhancements to optimize testing activities.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of test strategies, test cases, and results. Additionally, generate daily, status, and progress reports as required. Evaluate specifications for completeness, accuracy, and potential for automation.
Maintain and update automated test suites to guarantee precision, comprehensive coverage, and consistency with evolving product requirements.
Collaborate with development teams by participating in the review of requirements and design documentation, providing guidance on testing approaches and methodologies, and pinpointing high-risk areas or sections prone to defects.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in [industry/role-specific area].
