Creating and maintaining plans of work (POW) and schedules, ensuring they are accurately documented and updated as necessary.
Create and manage a comprehensive risk register to systematically identify, assess, and track potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
A thorough and meticulously crafted procurement plan is developed in alignment with the project schedules.
Developing a comprehensive resource delivery plan for materials and equipment in alignment with the project timeline is essential.
Organizing, documenting, and tracking action items discussed during periodic project meetings attended by all relevant stakeholders ensures accountability and progress.
The role involves aligning actual work progress with planned schedules by providing robust support to the execution team.
Consistent delivery of project performance and progress reports to the client is required at specified intervals.
The evaluation of work schedules is conducted to identify potential changes or delays and assess their impact on project timelines, followed by the formulation of mitigation strategies to minimize adverse effects on scheduling.
Enhancing the Project Management Office (PMO) by optimizing current workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the accurate upkeep and management of all program trackers, including Action Items, as directed by program managers.
As needed, you may be tasked with additional responsibilities to support ongoing operations and team objectives.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety protocols. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role demands adaptability to changing conditions, a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
