Assess and authorize structural modifications to roofs as well as initial ground engineering tasks, such as geotechnical investigations, pull-out tests, and site preparation activities.

Oversee the implementation of projects spanning engineering, procurement, and construction, with a focus on achieving critical milestones punctually and maintaining adherence to budgetary constraints.

Ensure completion of all post-project tasks, such as provisional acceptance, handover procedures, and final acceptance, while facilitating a seamless transition into operational phases and maintaining accurate close out documentation.

Contract & Stakeholder Management: This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
