Description
We ensure the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products of exceptional quality while adhering rigorously to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
The Production Manager will be supported in coordinating the recruitment of suitably qualified staff, sourcing essential production equipment, and developing investment budgets to meet specified production targets.
Revise and rigorously enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, alongside all applicable compliance, safety, security, and environmental regulations to ensure full operational adherence and regulatory alignment.
Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of batch documentation and production records. Conduct periodic reviews of the data entered in production documents at established intervals.
Continuously enhancing productivity, optimizing the work environment, and fostering a deeper understanding among production staff regarding their responsibilities to meet market demands are key priorities.
Conduct and execute process and cleaning validations for production-critical processes and equipment to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Support initiatives focused on the calibration and qualification of facility systems and equipment.
Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with subordinates, peer organizational units, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure effective communication.
Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of management as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
